Oreo Turns 100 martymankins | March 10, 2012 | Food | 6 Comments Happy 100th Birthday to the Oreo cookie A few days ago, esteemed vegan and “fun to read” blogger Kim mentioned the 100th anniversary/birthday of the Oreo cookie. I’ve been eating Oreos my whole life and even appreciate some of the different flavors they come up with. While I prefer the Double Stuff type, I thought it would be appropriate to go with the original for this century mark of a great tasting cookie. Oh and BTW, I eat the cookie whole these days. When I was younger, I pulled them apart and ate the creme.
