|It snowed…. and it snowed a lot. Here’s the proof in this week’s episode.

And even more snow…
…is coming. My last quick post said four days worth, but the latest weather reports are showing at least eight days! Eight days! I’m happy, but I know if we get too much, too quick, it’s going to get old fast. For now, I’ll enjoy it… and have my camera ready at all times.

Love the soundtrack! Looks like the weather here.
And get your snowblower fixed!!
Oh my! That is a lot of snow. Were you listening to Christmas music in your car? I couldn’t tell 😉
I love you mouthing “Amazing, fucking amazing.” Ha!
It’s weird seeing all of this snow after scooter Sundays. It really changes things.
Oh My God England would scream to a halt if we had a quarter of that snow. We get 1/2 inch here and the roads all clog up, people abandon their cars and they declare a state of emergency! (Okay I made up the last part – we don’t have that here). It just amazes me that you all just carry on – and quite right too.
Great video!!
dave2 – Thank you. I had the snowblower working the first winter we got it (inherited it from my wife’s uncle), but it wouldn’t stay running for the long haul.
kilax – Not Christmas music… it was the ’40’s channel (all 1940’s music on Sirius). It was much calmer than what i wanted (Rage Against The Machine), but since I wasn’t driving, I didn’t pick the music (I actually like that 40’s station, too). And yes, to see the transformation of clear roads to packed with snow makes Scooter Sundays seem so long ago.
penelope – When I grew up in So California, any patches of snow or ice that rarely made it’s appearance stopped everything in it’s tracks. But here, 6 inches of snow doesn’t stop too many people. It doesn’t mean people aren’t stupid though. I’m sure there will be enough idiots on the road soon enough.
Awesome music again!
You are a fast shoveler! We had a snowblower that didn’t work for years and we gave it to our neighbor because he wanted to try to fix it. He still hasn’t fixed it. We finally bought a new one this year. I have yet to use it and really am not sure how, but I think it will be much easier and faster than shoveling!
tori – Thank you. As for the fast shoveling, I wish I was that fast. I do try to get it all up quickly, though… especially if it’s snowing. I really do need to take another look at the snowblower to see what I can do to make it work. It’s probably going to snow a lot this winter.
Fucking amazing. Love it 😉 Awesome snippets of Rage sprinkled throughout. Good choice.
kevin – I’ve been waiting to use a Rage song in one of my videos… it fit very well this time.
🙂
I’m not a big fan of snow after it gets dirty either. Prior to that it looks rather nice and comforting.
xisor – Thanks, Tim.
delmer – Dirty snow is the worst…. cold, crusty… grungy.
Dirty snow does suck…
Hopefully it won’t be like last year I ran out of places to put the snow, it was piled over my head all along the driveway. When my parents came for Xmas dinner last year I snuck out and shoveled it into the back of my dad’s truck… I figured it would melt by the time they got back to St. George.. and I would have a little more room to pile it up…
kris – Oh wow… that’s a great option…. ship the snow off to a place where it’s sure to melt LMAO. I hope it doesn’t get as bad as last year, either. Too much snow makes it tough to find places to put it.
YEAH!!! Love this soundtrack, but these visuals make me have second thoughts about wanting snow.
sj – Nothing like listening to Rage so I don’t have too much road-rage. But lots of snow in a short period of time is never fun.
