Waiting for the subway – not ‘shopped
As a preview to the forthcoming blog post that covers my quick trip to NYC with my daughter, I was going through the pictures I took and saw this one and it looked like it was Photoshopped, putting me into the MTA subway system [specifically I was hopping the red 1 line at 50th and 7th]. But nope, it was real [and untouched except for being resized for this blog post]. It must have been the lighting on the top and the right side of my head that was bleeding through behind me that makes it look like an amateur layer cut was done in Photoshop.
As I find these random pictures that get taken, I will post them and try to prove they were not ‘shopped in any way.

Ha! The lighting does totally make your head look flat. Funny!
Yeah, it’s really odd how it came out that way.
Ha, yeah the lighting on your head makes it look that way 😉
I can’t wait to read the NYC writeup. Such an amazing city, would love to take the wifey and our daughter back there someday.
The bleed from the light behind wasn’t evident until I started looking at the photo in Photoshop and zooming in to see the light is coming from the subway platform behind me.
I think you will like it. It is an amazing city.
