|Vince Clarke and Martin Gore, who in 1981 made up half of Depeche Mode have come back together to make music. While Vince left to form Yaz/Yazoo and Erasure, Martin stayed in Depeche Mode.
The above is the album streaming in it’s entirety. Take a listen and let me know what you think. For this fan of both artists, I like it. Think creative and techno, not pop or catchy.

Thank you for sharing this – I hadn’t heard of Vince and Martin’s collaboration yet. I’ll have to give the album a deeper listen to let it grow on me (“Flux” is my favorite track so far). It has a pleasantly familiar but ageless Euro-chill, and interestingly, the lack of “catchiness” you noted makes it more enjoyable in an ambient sort of way.
Glad you enjoyed it. I like the Euro-chill label.
After repeated listens I really like it. It’s good for coding to and I’ve had it on my headphones at work today in fact.
The headphone experience of this album is great. I have a pair of cheaper Sony over the ear that bring out the sound in these songs.
