Remembering Whitney Houston

The devastating and sudden death of pop and R&B singing sensation Whitney Houston on the eve of the Grammy awards took out any other news. Not to mention that I tend to get a little emotional when someone my age dies, famous or not.

While I was not a dedicated fan, there was no ignoring the fact that this talent could out sing anyone back in her day. Her personal life spun out of control, but it’s her songs and voice that will always be what she is remembered for with this music fan.
