Another year, another free Slurpee for 7-Eleven Day. Venturing out to the nearest 7-Eleven location, we waited along with the many others wanting their free small serving and frozen sugar-laden treat.

The flavor mix both my daughter and I chose this year was Cherry and Blue Raspberry. For the hot day it was temperature wise – at least 100 degrees – the Slurpee was a nice refreshing way to cool off.
