Music Monday: The Return of Sugar
“House of Dead Memories” – the new single from Sugar
Sugar is back. The Bob Mould band that took the early 90’s and brought us the brilliant album “Copper Blue”
They are doing two live shows: New York and the UK. Can’t say I will be attending either of those two shows – even though given time and money, I would totally go.
Give the new single a listen – I posted the YouTube video above. I really like it and feel this is a great time to bring back Sugar. Would love to see them do a complete new album. We shall see.

I was so stoked when I read about this a few days ago. And I, too, wish that it would become a full album and tour instead of a single and two shows. From what I read, this song is actually years old and was sitting ready to go and never saw the light of day until now. I’m ready for MORE!!
I had heard the same thing about the song after I posted this post. I am ready for MORE!!!
Ok so, and this is a bit embarrassing, I’ve not listened to a single Sugar song ever. I feel I should fix that.
