First new Iron Maiden song in over 5 years
Yes, it’s a Music Monday on a Friday. Couldn’t wait to post this new Iron Maiden single – their first in over 5 years. The official video is amazing, with it’s retro video game style and just about every possible easter egg showcasing all of their previous albums and symbols – including Eddie in the starring role.
Given Bruce’s cancer battles earlier this year, this is great to have the return of Maiden. Granted, the new album “The Book Of Souls” which releases here in the states on September 4, 2105, was recorded before Bruce entered treatment for his cancer, which has been given a full clear by his doctors at this time.
Enjoy the new single and in three weeks, we shall have the full album – all 92 minutes and 11 tracks worth… a double album, at that.
