The debut album by Led Zeppelin, released on January 12, 1969
I was only 5 years old when this album came out. I didn’t discover it until a few years later. Most likely when “Led Zeppelin IV” came out and I heard “Stairway To Heaven” on the radio.
Being their first album, it’s a must listen for any rock fan.

A good half of the songs on this album were partially lifted from other artists, which years later, the band would properly credit them. This article talks in detail about the song on this album and other Led Zepp albums which songs were copied.
Regardless, this album has stood the test of time and still resonates to this fan.
