And after eight glorious days on both Oahu and the Big Island of Hawaii, we are headed home. I will write up a post on the trip sometime next week.

The Big Island? So when you said Hapuna Beach, you weren’t talking about the one on Oahu? That means you were where I stayed on The Big Island… Hapuna Bay is beautiful, is it not?

dave2 – Hapuna State Beach just above Waikaloa is where we went to (we stayed at the Hilton on Waikaloa Beach Drive). It is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen here. I think we will stay at Mauna Kea Resort next time we come.

I would say, next time… come back when you can’t stay so long but you probably wouldn’t know what I meant.
I can’t wait to read your writeup. I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii so I’m really interested in nabbing some ideas of things to do when I’m finally able to take my girlfriend.
