I thought the shorts with the jacket and beanie were a nice touch for riding the scooter on a snowless Sunday.

kevin – Yeah, it gets bad here. And that was on a clear day. It gets worse when it’s all kept in with the snow clouds. The mountain views are awesome, though. And only 20 mins from my house.

xisor – Thanks. Amazing that the shorts don’t hinder riding, but needing to keep a beanie on my head since it gets much colder.

The entire time I watched the video, I kept thinking, “what the hell’s wrong with this guy?? He’s talking about no snow and people golfing and nice weather and he could be giving us an Indian Summer Edition of Scooter Sunday!!!”

And you did just that! Ah, the power of suggestion. 😉

You tricked me! I thought it would be snowy sunday and instead I got scooter sunday. I can’t decide which I like best!

It is snowing here right now. It is supposed to melt away by the afternoon so as soon as my still sleeping 4 year old wakes up (it is 9:30!), we are headed out to play before it melts.

kapgar – The power of suggestion works very well. 😉 I’ve got a couple of other suggestions in future episodes. 😉

tori – I’m doing my best to make both equally entertaining. Nice that you have snow today. I’m hoping for snow this weekend for the new episode coming up.

avitable – Thank you. It takes some work, but looks nice in the finished product.

penelope – Thank you… thank you. I’ve not forgotten about the naming of the scooter. In due time. For now, it’s the rare nice day that I had to take advantage of.

I was always struck by how much smog there was in Salt Lake City when I’d been there. It seems so out of place. Makes the city look really ugly sometimes.

Were you riding without a helmet? For shame!

brandon – It’s very out of place. I mean, it’s surrounded by mountains and it’s all trapped here. But it’s all of these cars and everyone that are packed along the Wasatch Front that add to it all. And as I said above, it gets worse once snow actually happens, with the clouds keeping it all enclosed.

And yep… for shame (even though it’s not against Utah law). One of the few times I don’t wear a helmet.

That was fabulous!!! Loved the fade from snow into the spring-like weather. You do such a great job on these!

…and of course, I LOVED the Van Halen track at the end!! 🙂

Just catching up on the back episodes. I think this snowless Sunday has been a recurring theme this season!
